Cloud Access Software 2.13 is now available

We’re pleased to announce that Cloud Access Software 2.13 is now available for download. Those with a subscription to Cloud Access or Cloud Access Plus can now access this version which introduces the following feature updates and fixes:

  • Full screen and audio/video sync setting states are now saved between re-connecting sessions
  • Support for Google Cloud Platform for Cloud Access Plus (Graphics Agent)
  • Multifactor authentication for Android and Chrome OS mobile clients and added support Android phone devices
  • PCoIP Agent support for Ubuntu 18.04
  • Added licensing entitlement information including license availability, count and expiry details and improved error logging
  • Removed support for node locked licensing and License Server 1.x licenses. Prior to upgrading to 2.13, contact customer service to convert your licenses to cloud licensing or License Server 2.x licenses
  • Resolution of a few security and bug fixes including an issue related to Wacom tablets connecting to Linux Agents

Lastly, Cloud Access Software is now available through the new Google Cloud Marketplace and can now be purchased and bundled with Google Cloud consumption billing. The cost of Cloud Access Software ($0.50/hour) will be integrated with cloud usage into one payment, for simplified billing. All Cloud Access Software feature updates will be available through Google Cloud Marketplace and supported on Windows Server 2016 and CentOS 7 operating systems. Users pay an hourly fee for what they use.

By the way, there is a typo in the full release notes: Support for locally-terminated Wacom PTK-440, PTH-550, PTH-680, and Cintiq 22HD

PTH-680 should be PTH-860.

Looking forward to support to PTH-660. I was looking to find one of the supported models in our inventory but so it seems we have none of these since we mostly use medium size models.

Hi @Jessika -- thanks for spotting that typo! The PTH-660 is supported with local termination now. It should have been in the list.

We've corrected the published release notes for both Graphics and Standard Agents for Linux. The correct list is PTK-440, PTH-660, PTH-860, and Cintiq 22HD.
