lagging screen

we are using a remote workstation card and we have set the bandwidth to 25 Mbps. however the picture is so lagging and if you play any video, it lags a lot...

anything that need to be done at the host or anywhere else to resolve this issue?

Please provide zero client and Remote workstation card logs as text files to debug this issue.

These are not right logs. Please collect zero client and remote workstation card logs from admin web interface of both->Diagnostics->event logs after reproducing the issue.
